Founded by Roderick Hood, a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the pest control industry, New Horizon Pest Solutions stands as a testament to expertise and dedication in Apex, NC. Roderick’s journey began in 2007 as a pest technician with one of the largest pest control companies in the U.S., where he was renowned for his exceptional customer service and the delivery of high-quality treatments. Over a decade, he honed his skills and knowledge, eventually rising to the role of service manager. This position allowed him to lead and nurture one of the most effective teams in the industry. Driven by a deep passion for pest control and a desire to apply his accumulated expertise more directly, Roderick launched New Horizon Pest Solutions.

We are proud to hold a state license (#2475PW) from the North Carolina Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services and boast certifications from QualityPro, the Smith System, Purdue University (Pest Management Technology), and the North Carolina Termite Technician Program.
